Hi - Has anyone recently renewed their UTD subscription?  If so, did you receive a 3 page, two column, fine print License Terms; which includes a section on Auditing?  We have had UTD for several years and this is the first time they included a license terms along with their Contract/Addendum.   We only received the Addendum on July 18, and I am already getting threatening calls and e-mails that they will be disconnecting us if I don't sign by tomorrow!   Chris
