Hi,

I am seeking information on best practice for cardiologists and
cardiovascular surgeons to see patients after discharge or how
soon/often should the cardiologist and cardiovascular surgeon see the
patient after discharge. I have tried Medline, CINAHL, EBM Reviews,
Google, and the American Heart Association. Any help would be
appreciated.
