Dear Medlibbers,

I have a patron looking for a seminal work about diastolic dysfunction
(maybe broader, i.e. heart failure), that is produced by a Canadian
group/institution.  He says it is "like the JNC 7"   I have looked in
PubMed and on Google.  I found a document entitled "The 2001 Canadian
Cardiovascular Society Consensus Guideline Update for the Management and
Prevention of Heart Failure"  I think this might be it, but am not sure.


Anybody know what he's talking about?
