To those of you with experience doing TCD exams:  Is it incorrect or
unreliable to use continuous wave doppler on high velocities?  I use
continuous wave when I get really high velocities and can not adjust my
scale any further to eliminate aliasing.  Does this render my findings
incorrect?  Any feedback will be appreciated.
