I am interested in finding out if anyone, especially in a hospital
setting, is pre & post testing their incoming new residents and medical
students for MEDLINE searching capabilities.

For those of you who are pre-testing and post-testing, would you be
willing to share your results (% of those who did not pass the pre-test,
etc. ) and how your library training to resolve this is set up?

Also would you be willing to share your assessment forms?

Any help would be appreciated.
