Call your liability insurance company loss control department or your  
insurance broker.  Ask them for the data in the standards.  A  
percentage of your premium dollar is allocated to providing this  
service.  If they hesitate, DEMAND the answer or change insurers and  
brokers.

I spent seventeen years with insurers and they maintained good  
libraries of standards just for this purpose.
