Hi- I'm trying to move a Footprints request out of Computer Technical Support and into the Catalyst Helpdesk project. However, the Catalyst Helpdesk project is no longer available on the Footprints drop down menu. Did the name of the project change? Is there a different procedure that we're supposed to follow than before?
