OSHA has indicated that our shop equipment, such as table saws, needs to 
be retrofit to incorporate an anti-start mechansism to prevent the 
equipment from restrating if the power goes out. Does anyone know if there 
are options that can be applied at the electric outlet-plug interface 
rather than having to retrofit the switches on all the equipment.
