Hi Jack,
Mac's have an easy way to do this in the system preferences area under energy settings. We shut down all our Mac's this way in the late afternoon.
I haven't found anything for the PC's but I also would love to find something (preferably free!)

We are beginning to look at ways to control when computers and monitors
