How about the number of steps climbed safely, you could count steps on various stairsways people could then record number of?successful trips and accidental trips?and then you could come up with a rate.? Also a daily rate of safely drunk cups of coffee would make a nice chart.? Do you really want "daily" metrics, I am struggling with my weekly power point.? But what ever you do make sure is to mention Six Sigma .....
