One significant advantage of Serials Solutions is that they will populate your PubMed LinkOuts for you. I don't think the other services do that, but I could be wrong.

Subject: REF: link resolvers & A-Z lists

From the responses that I received, the consensus seemed to be that it
is much easier to use a commercial link resolver but that they did
involve time to initially implement and maintain.  The ones mentioned
were Ebsco's A-Z, Serials Solutions, and TDNet.  A-Z may be cheaper than
Serials Solutions.  Two libraries did use an in-house Lotus Notes
program that the IT department had set up.  Another library gave me a
