I assume you mean server-based printers. Until recently we have done all of our printing directly by IP, and those printers propagate to all users if installed as Administrator. We just moved to server-based printing (clearly lots of advantages), and have copied them to the Default Profile as we do other user-specific settings: set up one user just the way you want and copy that profile to Default User, then delete pre-existing profiles. Of course this is more complicated when there are existing users on the machine with customized profiles...
