You also want to find out whether you actually have Chams, Nungs and/or Montagnards among your work force. They are all Central Highland peoples in Viet Nam who did not speak "Vietnamese" as we found out in the Fourth US Army Division. They may have simply refused to speak it-but the effect was the same.
I suggest a safety survey!

Subject: [SAFETY] safety talks in Vietnamese
Listers,
Does anyone have a resource for safety information, like tool box
sessions, that is translated into Vietnamese. Our population of
Vietnamese workers is growing fast and we'd like to conduct the 5 minute
safety talks in Spanish (which I have) and Vietnamese (which I don't.)
I have had the New Employee Safety Orientation translated into both
languages. It can get quite expensive.
Thanks very much!
