its certainly not about working conditions, but it seems only tangentially related to work (2 coworkers)
 
unfortunately she had friended a parent, who complained to the school.
 
as part of the school's investigation they asked for her FB credentials.
 
her refusal is what got her fired.
"in the absence of you voluntarily granting Lewis Cass ISD administration access to your Facebook page, we will assume the worst and act accordingly."
 
will be interesting to see how it turns out.
