Hey everyone-
I just wanted to let you all know about a few things going on in Wills
and on campus this week. I'm trying to plan a sledding adventure for
sometime in the next few days. Would anyone be able to go this
Saturday around 2? Also, apparently the Superbowl is this upcoming
Sunday (who knew?) and it will be showing on the projecter (we're high
rollers here at cbwc). There's going to be a bunch of food and people,
so it should be good. They're showing the film, "Race: The Power of an
Illusion" on February 8th at 6pm, and you should all go. I've heard
that it's a really thought-provoking film, and as nice as Hairspray
was, thinking is nice sometimes, too. There will also be an event on
relationships and relationship violence on March 3rd at 7pm. They have
some speakers coming in, and it would be really, really good for you
all (as people and as women) to go. February 2nd is a panel on class
that will also be great. With the economic crisis in full swing, it's
good to be aware.

Some not-so-exciting stuff:
-Shoes and other crap: Yep, this again. Our floor has been doing
really well with keeping crap out of the hallway. Keep it up :)
-Vomit- Again, we're doing great on the "don't puke" front. Keep this up, too.
-Guest policy- They wanted us to really stress this to everyone, what
with a superromantic/occasionally depressing weekend coming up
(Valentine's Day, if you didn't catch on), it's important to make sure
that everyone knows what's going on. You don't need to sign people in,
but you do need your roommate's permission. They can stay for two
nights max, and you're held responsible for their behavior. Good to
know, fo sho.
-Don't get bird flu. Wash your hands.

Sorry for this email being so long, and thanks for reading (or
skimming) it. As always, you can come to me with any
questions/problems/ideas. Have an idea for a fun floor thing?
Seriously, let me know.

Have a wonderful evening, wonderful people :)
-Leah
