a. Security service on each campus 6pm-6am, they have access to common
areas, NOT floors
b. Alarms on exit doors hopefully by Spring Break
c. Card entrance for every complex
d. Talk: security cameras, Check-ins’ at Main desk, Guest Check-ins’
e. More blue lights on outside phones, 4 more blue lights on S.
Prospect, blue lights on Trinity Campus
f. Honors College approved

2. Co-Sponsorshops:
a. Voting: Opening Weekend- waiting until next week *Remember this is
the first event that the first year students go to…
3. Updates:
a. L/L- Still do not have an IRA rep BUT they are going to correspond
via e-mail until they can get an IRA rep, had an Awesome super bowl party,
having game night Feb. 24th, Co-Sponsorships: new chair for secretary, Bar
coding for main desk
b. MAT- Spa Day 2nd week in March, more DVDs
c. MAIN-
d. J/M- Valentines Candy Fund Raiser, trouble in with front desk
e. CWPS- Wright 3 and 4 are going bowling, Dating game postponed, gave
money to Slade for Yoga sessions, RA dinner $60, Patterson dinner $70
f. WDW- REDSTOCK?? When are reps going to meet for meeting?

h. H/M- Root beer floats meeting (didn’t really work), made bulletin
