Dotty, you might contact Merry Cearley - she's  between Sequim and Port Angeles, Washington State.  I just brought a pup home from a litter of hers and she had two left, but that was three weeks ago.  They are RC/BC crosses, with the BC being from farm dogs on the Olympic Penninsula - she describes the mother's herding as "low drive, loose eyed" .  Sire is a half bro of my MacDuff, who is great.  So far, MacKenzie ("Mac") is also great - very, very smart, puppish but not out-of-control energetic.  He's 3 months, sits, downs, stays (for a limited time), and comes when called.  House broken.  Crate trained.  He does still wake us up at 5 a.m. to go outside, but what the heck.
Merr's email is [log in to unmask]

Subject: [FARMCOLLIE] litters?

Does anyone know of any litters available this summer? Early summer if possble. Our Dovey is slowing down. We can't imagine not having a farmcollie and are hoping to get a pup while she's still with us. We prefer from west of the Mississippi, but it depends. I've taken a look and it seems that many litters are already sold. :-(
