AHa I finally found it!  What a great web site!  Thank you Cindy for
providing the url.
Actually url should read:

Fascinating color and pattern photos.  I did not know bc's came in blue (not
blue merle)  GSD's come in this color as well - a friend has one and photos
on a web page at  <A HREF="http://www.bluedogpics.8m.com/varda.htm">
http://www.bluedogpics.8m.com/varda.htm</A> which connects to the main site
of blue German Shepherds.
I forwarded the BC url to a friend with two border collies who will be
