LOL, I remember back when we had either Tippy & Duke or Duke & Kelly, we had
1 of those Echerts fruit crates full of carrots from our garden sitting out
on the back porch, after a while we noticed that the amount of carrots was
decreasing & couldn't figure out where they were going until 1 morning 1 of
the 2 dogs walked over & rooted around in the crate & came up with a carrot
& started munching on it, they had been helping themselves to the carrots in
that crate & all that had been done to them was they were pulled out of the
ground so they were still dirty & they weren't peeled naturally but all the
same they stole & ate every bit of then except maybe the tops. After we
found out we just left the crate alone & let them eat the whole crate as
they chose, by summers end the crate was empty.
