There will be a maple sugaring open house down in the Starksboro region next
Saturday. I was out at Maggie Brook Sugarworks last Thursday, snowshoeing
through the sugarbush with NYU Food Studies students, and it was great- but
too cold to boil. I think with the warmer weather, Saturday will be a
perfect day to see the process and sample the syrup!!
I highly recommend it for those who may be interested.
