#15 Vermont Battles #5 Boston University on Adelphia This Weekend

BURLINGTON, Vt. - The Vermont men's hockey games against Boston 
University on Friday, Feb. 24 and Saturday, Feb. 25 at 7:05pm at 
Gutterson Fieldhouse will both be televised live throughout Vermont on 
Adelphia Channel 74, with the exception of Newport where the games will 
be seen on Adelphia Channel 70.

This weekend’s games will bring Vermont’s total to five games broadcast 
by Adelphia this season. The Catamounts have been seen on television a 
total of 10 times and have been featured on ESPN360 on two occasions 
this year.

In addition, the Catamounts will be seen on NESN next Friday, March 3 
when they visit UMass-Lowell at 7:00pm. NESN will also air upcoming 
selected Hockey East quarterfinal games, both semifinals and the title 
game of the 2006 Hockey East Championship.

There are also several “Watch Here” locations set up in the area to see 
Friday’s and Saturday’s games between the Catamounts and Terriers 
including: Nectar's, The Upper Deck Pub, Manhattan Pizza, Sweetwater's, 
RiRa's, Three Needs, Church St. Tavern, RJ's and The Lincoln Inn.

The 15th-ranked Catamounts enter the weekend at 18-10-4 overall and 
10-9-4 in Hockey East while the fifth-ranked Terriers are 19-9-2 
overall and 15-7-1 in conference.

On Friday the first 2,500 fans to the game receive a rally towel 
courtesy of Vermont Summer U. On Saturday the first 2,000 fans receive 
a photo of the Vermont senior class, courtesy of Leahy Press. The first 
3,000 fans also receive thundersticks, courtesy of Adelphia and after 
the game the seniors will be recognized.
