Hi all,
Just wanted to tell you all we recently added a new dog to our family.
Lassie is a 3 year old Sheltie that my mother gave to my daughter
Brianna. I was concerned about adding her to the family because of
Jade's dominant attitude. We kept them apart for a few days and then I
decided to put them together. Well Jade put her down belly up a few
times with a lot of growling and noise but no biting or hurting. They
have been together for about a month now and Jade is the dominant one
but everyday she seems to accept Lassie more and more. Jade will even
try to get Lassie to play with her now. Lassie so far has just given her
the cold shoulder. I think they will do fine together. My wonderful
husband and equally wonderful son put up a huge fence in the back or
house for the dogs. They have lot's of room to run around out there.

I have updated my web site with lot's more pictures. I have a herding
page for Jade. It has some photos of her herding the chickens. My
daughter Brianna posed with our other pets. I found some more old collie
pictures that I put up too. Hope you all enjoy it.
