This is interesting, because most of the collie breeders I've talked to get
the CEA check done themselves to filter out the masked affecteds.  The rest
of the bundle is left to the buyer, though, and they also tend to charge a
minimum of $600 for their dogs so I suppose THAT helps.  lol
