NESR has a dog in the Stark County Dog Warden Department 1801 Mahoning Road
NE in Canton, Ohio by the name of Duke that we need evaluated.  What we are
looking for is someone that can visit Duke and give us feedback on 1. is he
an ES?  2. what his temperament is like.
