I want to publicly thank everyone who is taking part in the fight against 
legislation prohibiting animal ownership rights. 

I would like to encourage those who may be inclined to exercise a neutral 
stance – thinking someone else will take care of it – to step up to the plate. 
We cannot be complacent. Unless we continue to resist activities of groups 
like HSUS or PETA, their power and influence will continue to grow and spread.
