Yesterday I figured out that the puppies had collectively gained 2.5
pounds in 24 hours. Holstein cow's milk weighs about 8 lbs. to the
gallon, so at first I thought that meant Tracy had to have produced at
least 1 quart of milk for the pups to have gained so much. Wow, that
seems like a lot. But then I realized the composition of dog milk is
different and probably less water. So I guess I can't figure out the
volume of milk Tracy produces
