The most recent issue of The English Shepherd Advocate had some stuff
about Erika and her Farm Collies. There were the pictures of Prince and his
parents that we've seen on the web page plus a couple other pictures of
Prince - one showed very distinctly that he has fully pricked ears, at
least when he's alert.
Also, she says in her letter to the ESA that she's rethinking how
different the ES are from her dogs, right now it sounds like she's sort of
feeling that the only difference is size. Many ES are under 50 pounds and
Erika thinks of her farm collies as in the nearer 100 range (Prince is 90).
Quinn's paternal grandfather is 80 pounds and I know of other
plenty big ES. So maybe Erika is rethinking using ES for some of her
