Hi all,
I just got a call from a friend. They live in the suburbs and one of the
neighbors left town, they think they've been gone about two weeks now,
leaving this BC in their back yard with no care. The dog somehow got out of
the fence and came to the neighbors house, he is in bad shape, the man took
him to the vet and and the vet is now filling out papers of neglect against
these owners and the police is involved.
I told my friend I would try to get ahold of someone involved in BC rescue,
can anyone help me out with this.
The dog is located in Brandon, Fl not too far from Tampa.
