Hi all
Nick e-mailed me said he's going out of town and forwarded the information on
this BC to BC rescue list. I just called my friend and the dog is still at
the vets, he was so loaded with fleas that he had sores all over him, they
would rather release him to rescue than animal services and get this,  she
said they notified the police and they said they did not want to be involved.
