Thought everyone would be interested in this!  I went thru my sheltie-list
mail, somewhat delete-happy and hurriedly as usual, due to the overwhelming
volume of mail.  And there was a post from Mary Jo Crawford of Louisiana
Collie and Sheltie Rescue inviting everyone to check out the bi-black collie
they have up for adoption!! (along with a comment about how the bi-color gene
is apparently not extinct within the breed.)  The url is

I thought it was really cool to see a photo of a second bi-black collie in
addition to the one on Meg Walker's web page!

Incidentally I will try to forward this note and url to Meg, but someone else
(a new subscriber to this list, as a matter of fact!) asked me if Meg's email
address was still the same as mail had come back undeliverable.  Anyone
know???  TIA
