[Kay Lytle]  Actually it isn't anything you have to mix.  It is 100% garlic
juice (?not sure if juice is the right word, but it wasn't oil).  It comes
in a gallon container with an attached hose & sprayer.  You just walk down
the isle or where ever & spray as you go.  It's called Garlic Barrier if I
remember right.
