It was Christmas yesterday, couldn't you give that poor dog
something better to eat than frozen carrots? Poor poor Katie... Mybe we
should take up a collection to buy her some fresh carrots. Although she
probably enjoys the thrill of the hunt the same as us Humans do. Do you
think she could smell those carrots and that's how she found them or did
she remember getting carrots from you when you wre harvesting in the Fall.
Either way it's pretty cool that she could find and gather carrots.
No carrots, or apples, or strawberries or mushrooms fo my dogs,
they all seem to prefer finding long dead things. (although at my old house
there used to be Morels, I found them a few yers and then could never find
them again, so maybe one of the dogs was more the gourmet than I thought...)
