Just recently I have had three different Collie breeders give very high recommendations to a new food called Nutro Natural Choice Chicken and Rice. I'm trying it on Chelsea. One of the people who recommended it to me was Chelsea's breeder. She had recently changed to this food and said that Chelsea's sister, who has never been a high-energy dog, has really blossomed at 11 yrs. old since being on this food. Chelsea's breeder had had her Collies on the lamb and rice formula but was getting the impression they were having some problems with it. Chelsea has been dragging a little lately and has developed some skin-itch problems. Bloodwork showed everything fine, scrapings couldn't find anything either. She's been doing a little better lately, but I thought I'd go ahead and try this food. Meanwhile, last weekend at an AHBA trial she earned two more points toward her AHBA herding championship -- only one more point needed! Linda R. Pacifica, CA
