Yes.

There are two factors you will want to adjust ...
the image size AND the frame rate. Most webcams
have image sizes of 8 - 10 K and a frame rate
of 1 per 30 seconds ... which makes them easy
to implement ...

AND more importantly ... easier to view. Most
webcam viewer have 56 K modems OR LESS !!! So
the faster you go, the fewer people who can take
advantage of your views.
