Here in Barre we started the fight against anonymous proxys last spring,
but new ones continue to crop up so fast, that I am not sure we are winning!

I too like to emphasize to both students and staff that the tech resources
should be used for sound educational purposes, not whatever students can
dream up. It is our responsibility(not necessarily ours alone) to teach
them to be smarter, more responsible users --- and more responsible people
for that matter!
