As a member fo the Vermont State Standards Board I felt it appropriate to
comment on the posted
job description by Gregg Martin.

This draft document Gregg posted has been worked on over the past 18
months or more by various groups with
expertise in Technology in Vermont. The State Licensing Office has been
coordinating the revision
of licenses and endorsements. The Vt State Standards Board did have this
document on its most
recent January agenda. ( Therefore, it is a public document). The board
sent it back to committee without
action but with additional questions.
