Steve (and the list) -
Are you thinking of the Vermont Classroom Observation Tool? This re-designed
tool now has technology indicators and evidences integrated throughout. I
feel it can be very valuable to inform you about the level of integration
and/or professional development needs. The tool is designed so that only
trained observers - who have achieved a level of "inter-rater reliability"
in terms of their scoring with the tool - can use it. Contact Phil Hyjek at
VI.
Use and training in the VCOT tool is managed by VI at:

Subject: rubric for classroom integration of technology
I recall seeing a generic rubric for assessing a teacher's use of
technology integration in the classroom. Please point me in that
direction if you know of something.
Thanks,
Steve
