Har! I hope you sensed the dry sense of humor in that e-mail. I still
would like to have any notes if the meeting took place. The
collaborative is currently cheaper than our current GovNet bill - and
faster but not sure if it is cheaper than SoverNet, Lightship with
voice over IP etc.
