Raymond,
I download music by musicians for whom I have new biographies, Marian  
Anderson-Woody Guthrie, and keep it on my ipod to play for people who  
read the books.
I have two ipods and no library assistant this year.  But there are a  
couple of 6th grade boys who help out in the library and I give each  
of them an ipod to listen to while they are shelving books.
