Hello List,

I have been asked to create a database for the maintenance  
department. Before I sit down for hours and create something, I  
thought I'd check to see if someone already developed a system, that  
I could buy/borrow/steal, or if you have one that you purchased, and  
is reasonably priced, I'd love to get more information.

What we want:
A web based application for staff to enter what they need (toilet  
paper in their room, a new desk, soap, etc.) to be sent to their  
Principal. The principal would then approve it with a budget code if  
needed, and send it off to the maintenance department.

One of the Principals found http://www.schooldude.com/ but I don't  
think we can afford it.
