I would have to agree, it is good practice not to publish elementary kids'
pictures on a school web site.

Pat,
Not formal school board policy, but our practice is to not put children's
images on web sites open to the public. In-house and with parental
permission, OK, but not to the whole wide world. It's perhaps
over-protective, but unless someone can give me unequivocal direction from
CIPA, I'm erring on the side of caution.
