Forget getting an answer from Sigma-Aldrich. Customers are tolerated as long as they place orders and pay their invoices. Asking for customer service...; good gad man, what were you thinking?

But seriously, what exactly does want replacing? The complete heater (#23801), a heating element (#24976 or #24977 for top or bottom, respectively) or the purifier cartridge (looks like an HPLC column), #22396?

Hello All

Does anyone know where we can buy in the UK a replacement SUPELCO
carrier gas purifier part number, 2-3801 for a TC/EA which is
connected to a Delta XP? I have tried various suppliers including
Sigma-Aldrich but no one replies.
