Hi Herb,
In addition to Gerard's helpful hint (yes, I'm a member of that club too; forgetting to run the configurator before running workspace after a laptop installation) there is also the issue of service packs to consider. Service pack release of the off-line installation must match the service pack of your instrument PC installation.
Best,
Wolfram

HI Herb--
After install, did you run configurator first? I only mention that
because that's what I tend to forget.
