HI Suzan--
The "time event" list in the method doesn't talk to the PAL. It's the
trigger for the carousel type "autosampler" for solid samples, e.g. the
Costech "zero-blank".
The communication with the PAL is in the Sequence itself, under AS
Method, where you pick the "Internal No. 9" program that's in the PAL
and named AS200-9. Isodat will start the PAL after the peak centering
(if you're doing that), no matter what unless you reprogram it yourself.
Don't forget to have the correct syringe in place for the PAL method,
use a valid "AS Number" (also in sequence), and have "Tray 1" defined in
the PAL to be the tray you're using.
