Hi Yanhua,

You need to do the peak jump between C and N analyses (the technical manual should explain how to do this).  Also, you need to purchase a dilutor to dilute the CO2.  The reason is that normally samples have much more C than N. If you don't do sothe IRMS will be saturated with C signals.  Alternative way is to do them separately if you don't have grant to buy the dilutor right now.
