You could try Campro Scientific. I cannot remember if they have tritium
labelled CH4 off hand and the catalogue seems to have disappeared from the
lab. The website is not very informative (it does mention radioactive
isotopes) but you could try sending them an e-mail.
They are based in Berlin.
