According to our technicians, that was the thing recomended by ThermoFinnigan (heating up to max. 170°C).
Anyway, it already happend. The backround got better during the day by every scan. The main peaks are from N+, O+, N2+ and CO2+ with mass 16 (O+) causing the highest peak. The intensity of the backround peaks got lower every hour, so it may be a question of time.
