Dear all,

Please could anyone provide me with a preparation for leaf (or other
similar) samples to obtain delta 15N and delta 13C values, analysing by EA-
mass spectometry, or point me in the right direction?

I was thinking of freezing the leaf with liquid nitrogen, crushing it to a
powder then drying in an oven. Will this be sufficient to remove the water
prior to analysis? If not, please can someone suggest a technique that has
worked for them.
