Hi everyone,

I appear to have a cross seat leak on valve SW of my duel inlet. I am about
to take it apart and would appreciate any words of wisdom from anyone out
there who has "been there and done that".

The duel inlet is connected to an isoprime  (both are micromass) and at
present both are vented and the power to them is switched off. When the
instrument was shut down the valves were closed except RW and SW but I'm
assuming that when the power was turned off they would also close. I will
disconnect the compressed air line to that particular valve before
attempting to take it apart.

1. do I need to disconnect the compressed air line from ALL of the valves
on the change/over block before beginning work?
2. Is the valve OK for taking apart in the closed position or does it need
to be in the open position?

Any advice, cautions etc. are greatly appreciated.
