Hi John,

IAEA-S3 has a value of -32.3±0.2 in the IAEA report 2004, but I don't 
get this value either. I obtain a value of -31.55±0.16 per mil. I 
think there is still a bit of trouble with that one.
This is a standard provided by Stan Halas. I would like to know what 
Stan thinks about it, because I much prefer the range of values that 
we had before between -32.1 and -30.7 per mil...
